Bio
Currently, I’m contracting and consulting on data science projects.
Previously, I served in the United States Air Force and earned degrees in Mathematics and Physics (Astrophysics & Computational Physics) at the University of Louisville. At U of L, I was a research assistant in the Department of Physics and Astronomy and focused on numerical solutions to Hartree-Fock equations for molecular orbitals.
I love exploring data and learning new methods and tools. Every aspect of data science brings me joy — the problem-solving aspects of cleaning, the exploration while modeling and experimenting, the feeling of creation after engineering a pipeline, and the artistic process when styling a chart or app UI.
Outside of data science, I enjoy science fiction and fantasy, and watch most of the local sportsball (when they’re worth watching). Also, I golf on occasion, do some gaming, and mow a lot of grass.
